Die Ultrakust GmbH ist eine Firma der Possehl Mittelstandsbeteiligungen (PMB), einer Einheit der deutschen Possehl Gruppe in Lübeck (https://www.possehl.de/). Nach 22 Jahren in internationalem Private Equity Besitz, befindet sich die Ultrakust GmbH nun wieder unter dem Dach eines deutschen Langfrist-Investors und Stiftung.

Von nun an wird die Produktlinie Hoch-Feuchte (Hygrophil) und Infra (Pyrometer R3x) sowie FOOD direkt durch Ultrakust gefertigt, entwickelt, vertrieben und betreut.

Der Name Ultrakust geht zurück auf die “Ultrakust electronic Gmbh”, die 1996 von BARTEC gekauft wurde.

Wir bleiben mit allen Mitarbeitern und Funktionen von Produktion, Entwicklung, Service und Vertrieb im Gebäude in Gotteszell/Deutschland als Mieter und betreiben dort als Ultrakust eine unabhängige GmbH am Standort.

Bis alle Zulassungen an Ultrakust erteilt sind, werden die Produkte BARTEC BENKE als Hersteller ausweisen.

From that date on, the product line High Moisture (Hygrophil) & Infra (Pyrometers) as well as the productline Food will be distributed and maintained directly via Ultrakust.

The name Ultrakust dates back to the Ultrakust electronics GmbH, which was acquired by BARTEC in 1996.

We will stay with all staff and functions from production and engineering to service and sales in the building in Gotteszell/Germany where Ultraktust GmbH maintains an independent company at the site.

Till all approvals have been obtained, the products will continue to identify BARTEC BENKE GmbH as the manufacturer.
